2017 in Zürich gegründet, hat die Band bereits Konzerte in der ganzen Schweiz und Europa gespielt.
Martin “The Rocket” und Ali “The Clown” mischen Rockabilly-Stil der 50er und Popmusik der 80er. Die Auswahl an Original-Songs und skurrilen Covern wird Sie fesseln!
Kein Auge bleibt trocken, kein Rhythmus bleibt ohne einen Hüftschwung. All diejenigen, die gutem alten Rock & Roll und einem Vintage-Synthesizer nicht widerstehen können, werden The Santa Monicas einfach lieben.

The Santa Monicas Live on the Upper Deck bringing Twisted Pop to the beach on the Reuss!
The Santa Monicas are an exciting artistic duo from Zürich who perform with their heart and soul in a style they call Twisted Pop. It’s part rockabilly, part 80s-synth pop and part alternative. The core of their music comes from the two voices, whose harmonies and timbres are reminiscent of the Everly Brothers. Martin “The Rocket“ with his percussive guitar-playing and far-reaching accomplished vocals, and Ali “The Clown“ with his captivating percussion, vintage synthesizers and moody undertones. It all comes together with compelling chemistry and their mix of original songs and quirky covers will captivate you and have you wanting to come back for more!
