Meet the captivating soul singer and songwriter Rislane and The Lovers, a Swiss-Moroccan sensation whose powerful and sultry vocals will strike a chord deep within your soul. The independent artist has been around for 20 years, playing more than 1000 live shows, and carving a path that is uniquely her own.
In her album “Newland“, which features ten heartfelt and personal songs exploring themes of love and life, the North African-European artist seamlessly blends rock and soul, showcasing the depth of her dedication to music. Her exceptional talent has earned her a prestigious Hollywood Independent Music Award in the Independent Album of the Year category.
Rislane, accompanied by her guitarist Carlo Menet, will be taking the stage in an intimate concert setting for Belaloko, showcasing her album ‘Newland’ in a fresh light, taking you on a personal musical journey through her original songs and timeless covers.
And, this event is especially personal to Rislane and to Sarah, as we will be raising money for the ongoing earthquake recovery in Morocco, something very close to both our hearts.
